Sequel to: When You Can't Eat

Josiah let out a frustrated sigh as he ran a hand through his graying hair.

His love was missing.

Ezra had missed his morning check-in time, and there had been no word from him since.

Josiah was worried. Even knowing that the guys were out searching for Ezra didn't lessen Josiah's worry over his missing love.

"I love you, Ezra," Josiah softly whispered. "Please be alright." The ringing of his cell phone brought him out of his worried thoughts.

"Hey Josiah," Buck said. "We found him, Josiah, we found him. We're on our way to Four Corner's General right now. They hurt him bad, Josiah. We'll meet you in the emergency room."

"I'm on my way, Buck," he said as he headed out, silently praying that his love would truly be alright.
